There is a big kitchen with a big fridge and freezer, oven , microwave, 2 basin sinks, you can eat sitting with 4 people at a folding table, and there is plenty of room to put food and plates etc... It is very rare to see such a big kitchen in a boat even if much more expensive ones.

Some people want to know if I would rent this boat instead of selling it. Well not below 15000 aed a month and it would have to stay at the marina although you could have a small boat to go out , it would fit in the same parking place.

Boat licence and insurance renewed and paid until march 2011.
Another thing I did not mention : in UAE you dont need any boat permit for a leisure boat, anybody can just take it at sea.

Also, every 2 years you will need to take the boat out for inspection and remake the antifouling : lifting the boat, 5 days outside, scratching, polishing, repainting will cost you 7000 Aed, which I can tell you is really really nothing (10 times more in Europe for exemple)

Here you have the view of the corniche , lulu island and the breakwater behind Lulu island, there is our favorite place. very safe to spend the night because fully protected from waves and wind by a huge wall of stones ( the line along the island at the extreme right), you really dont need to go far from the marina mall to be in a extremely nice place.

in the above image 11 you can see you will always have a ggod parking place for your car with a shadow cover. These places are not popular to go to the marina mall because very far but near the marina. During the day the marina own parking is free but it tends to be full at night due to the coffee shop. The distance shown on the picture is max 100m to walk . And there is free space available for all the friends who come to visit you, which is very difficult to have now in Abou Dhabi with all these paying parking places.
PICT 10 You can wonder how you do with washing clothes, well I have a mini wash and no dryer needed, it takes 30 min to dry without any spin needed. But there is "snow white " who comes , pick up your clothes in a bag and returns them washed the next day, very good and cheap.

There is a small marine GPS but not much more.
