Description
An elegant 1929 Dutch Luxemotor, Dulcinea is a 26-metre steel vessel of timeless character, fully refitted to offer the comfort of a serious long-distance cruiser. She has been carefully maintained and has undergone major works in recent years: hull fully re-plated in 2019 with the installation of a Cupa twin bow thruster; hull and superstructure repainted in 2025; ten-coat roof varnish; and a battery bank renewed in 2026.
Below decks, the layout offers three cabins and six berths, with four heads and three shower rooms — comfortable accommodation for family and guests alike. A comfortable wheelhouse, a fully equipped galley (gas hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine) and a warm saloon make up a genuine floating apartment, boiler-heated and designed for year-round living aboard.
Powered by a 130 hp John Deere diesel, Dulcinea cruises quietly at 9 km/h for around 4.5 L/h. A sound-insulated 12 kW Vetus generator, Mastervolt charger, Victron inverter, anchor winch, gangway, bathing ladder and Class A AIS complete a reliable and comprehensive inventory. Based in Saint-Jean-de-Losne, in the heart of Burgundy's waterways, she is ready to set off again across the canals and rivers of Europe.
