Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Paulina, a commercial barge that until recently worked as a fuel delivery barge, that could be put back to commercial use or converted to create a cruising houseboat.
Paulina is a good size to navigate, and as she only came out of service towards the end of 2019 could easily be put back to work. She is structurally sound, and in very good mechanical condition, the DAF diesel engine providing plenty of power for inland or tidal/ estuary use.
Alternatively she could be converted to create a cruising houseboat, with space for a good sized saloon, galley, bedroom and bathroom. She comes on a secure mooring that can be residential if required, and is priced competitively for a speedy sale.

Most residential moorings are secure areas with mains electric and water provided, mooring fees for a secure residential mooring tend to be between £1 and £1.60 per foot of length per week.
