Guest cabins consist of the single Master ensuite located on the lower deck aft. There is a crew cabin located forward of
the bar area on the lower deck which is not in use. A further crew cabin is located aft of the bar area.

The bridge is fitted with engine alarms.
The fabric and lockers are well worn, but forund to be in a clean condition.
The wheelhouse windows are not fitted with wipers.
The flying bridge manoeuvring stations was found to be operational.
Bilges were acceptable and dry with no oil sighted and alarms sighted on the bridge console.
The engine room is fitted with a fixed CO2 system for fire fighting purposes and a single
independent automatic drypowder fixed extinguisher located above each main engine.
The engine room has been fitted with sound deadening bulkhead and deckhead coverings.
General engine room condition was acceptable.
Seating: 1 x “L” shape fixed bench type sofa, 1 x straight bench type sofa.
Flooring: Wodden laminated tiled flooring throughout internally (varnished) as well as in the rear open deck area.
Walls / Bulkheads: Wood and laminate panelling.
Ceiling / deckhead: Wood and laminate panelling.

Air Conditioning Split unit. Found to be operational.

A single door aft leads to the open deck area.
The wheel houseis located at the forward end of the lounge and is separated by a partition.

The Vessel is not furnished with a galley of any sort. All and any food requiremnts (including for
crew) must be brought in by caterers.
The Vessel has been furnished with a bar area that is located on the Lower Deck between the 2
crew cabins. It has a conventional bar top with sink and small lockers. It is accessed via a
staircase leading from the upper deck saloon and has a slanted port located on the port and starboard bulkheads. It has
been fitted with wooden laminate flooring and wood panelling in way of the bulkheads and deckheads.

Tender: Tender located at the aft end of the sun deck and is davit launched. Tender is a rigid type with an outboard
engine.
Sailing Yacht No sail fitted. The vessel is a motor yacht.
Flying bridge control console: Noted to be operational. The console monitors were observed to be operational and in
generally good condition.
Additional Comments:
We understand that the Vessel tender is also used as a life / safety boat.
The vessel external hull was seen in good condition. Hull coatings were in good condition, however, there are areas of coating failure on the starboard side consistent with small contact.The hull marks were legible. There was no apparent damage to hull or superstructure above the water line. Minimal marine growth below the water line was noted. Internally superstructure and all coatings were in an acceptable condition with showing signs of normal wear and tear.

Both main engines and both auxiliary engines were run in our presence. It was reported by the Owners representative that maintenance of the engines had recently been carried out during the drydocking period in July 2023 – we have requested documentation of the same. Running hour records were not made available to us during the time of our attendance, we have also requested the same.
